Shipping Information
Order Processing:
Orders will be processed within 1 business day of the order being placed. Please note, orders will not be processed or shipped out on weekends or holidays.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel so please review the order carefully before placing.
Please note: Archive Sale items take an additional day to process as they are pulled from our warehouse and not available at our storefront.
Shipping:
USPS Ground shipping orders typically take 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays, to be delivered from the time of purchase. We offer free ground shipping on orders $125+ and flat rate shipping of $8.95 for all other orders.
Currently, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.
If you are local, you may select In Store Pick Up or Front Porch Delivery at checkout.

Returns
Byron & barclay accepts the following returns:
Return Policy
Online returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. All garments are subject to inspection. Worn items will not receive a refund.
Items not eligible for return: Grooming, Candles, Innerwear, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Hats & Final Sale Items.
To Return an Item
If your item is eligible for return, a shipping label will be included in the paperwork with your order. Place items in box with original packaging, tags attached, and original receipt. Attach the return label provided to outside of package and ship back to us. An $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Refund
Refunds will be given within 7 days of receipt of item. Returns are subject to inspection. Returns received outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Byron & Barclay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages returned to Byron & Barclay due to incorrect delivery address.
