Byron & barclay accepts the following returns & Exchanges:
Return Policy
Christmas Returns Deadline: January 11th
Items purchased between November 1st-December 25th must be received by January 11th unless the date otherwise falls under our regular online return policy of 30 days.
Online returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. All garments are subject to inspection. Worn items will not receive a refund.
Sale items, grooming, innerwear and swimwear are final sale and not eligible for return.
Worldwide shipped items (items shipped outside of the United States) are final sale.
To Return an Item
Contact hello@byronandbarclay.com with your return request. Be sure to include your order number and list items you wish to return. Once return has been approved, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Place items in box with original packaging, tags attached, and original receipt. Attach the return label provided to outside of package and ship back to us. An $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return total. You may also mail the return through a carrier of your choice to: Byron & Barclay, 121 E 2nd Street Suite 100, Owensboro, KY 42303.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Refund
Refunds will be given within 7 days of receipt of item. Returns are subject to inspection. Returns received outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted.
Byron & Barclay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages returned to Byron & Barclay due to incorrect delivery address.
