Returns & Exchanges
Byron & barclay accepts the following returns & Exchanges:
Return Policy
Online returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. All garments are subject to inspection. Worn items will not receive a refund.
Items not eligible for return: Grooming, Candles, Innerwear, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Hats & Final Sale Items.
To Return an Item
If your item is eligible for return, a shipping label will be included in the paperwork with your order. Place items in box with original packaging, tags attached, and original receipt. Attach the return label provided to outside of package and ship back to us. An $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Refund
Refunds will be given within 7 days of receipt of item. Returns are subject to inspection. Returns received outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Byron & Barclay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages returned to Byron & Barclay due to incorrect delivery address.
